Scope: Renovation of kitchen, living area, dining area, 4.5 bathrooms, master bedroom, 3 bedrooms, and exterior patio.
Concept: This design was created to more accurately represent the owner’s personalities while still making a practical vacation rental property. This was achieved by incorporating durable and easy to clean elements that were still rich in texture and mass to keep a cozy feel. The overall concept was to bring the outside in and also showcase the owner’s passion for international travel. We sourced international items and repurposed them in different ways. For example, we used a reclaimed doorway from Indonesia to make the headboard and antique chests from India for the side tables.
